Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer - VX7 Media - General Refund Policy

All VX7 Media services, including digital marketing, content creation, and web development plans, are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. This includes:

Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Performance, Dominance)

Web Development packages

Consultation or one-time services

Due to the nature of our work, time, and resource investment, all fees paid are final.

Minimum Term & Plan Commitment

All subscription plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellation within this term does not qualify for a refund of any remaining balance.

Clients may cancel after this term with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases only:

Duplicate charges due to system error

Billing processed after confirmed cancellation request (with time-stamped proof)

All exception-based refund requests must be submitted to support@vx7media.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Disputes & Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We will work to resolve valid concerns promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will result in service suspension and possible legal recourse under our Terms & Conditions.

Web Development Deposits

Web Dev packages require a 50% upfront deposit to begin. This deposit is non-refundable once development has started. The final balance is due upon project delivery or after 30 calendar days, whichever comes first.
